She is a trustworthy property manager who has acted in the landlords and tenant's best interest based on my personal experience of renting from Starlight Property. I have rented for 8 years now in Australia and never had such smooth sailing before. Would have continued to rent with Jean if there was a more suitable rental property for my situation. This is because I strongly believe in her professional leadership and diplomacy towards achieving a favourable outcome to both parties(landlords and tenants).

Relocated from Perth to Melbourne in 2018 and had Jean take full charge of my property.. always tenanted within a week (3 so far), full inspections done religiously with heaps of photos to review. We are very blessed to have Ms Jean Ang as our Property Manager for our house that is for rent. Unknowing to me, my brand new unit had issues with the provision of a lead-in cable from the underground pit in-front of my property. There was a lot of frustration and to and fro between herself, the Developer, Telstra and our first tenant to get the unit installed with the internet. Jean was relentless and determined to get the matter resolved and managed to do so with total grit. As we are not based in Australia, we could not thank her enough. She has even managed to get a very good price for our next tenant within 2 weeks! We could not ask for more. Thank you so much, Jean! You are a Star!

It is our pleasure to know Jean and engaged her as our property manager for our investment properties. She is a very professional, reliable, committed and responsible person. She responses fast to repairs & all queries. She looks after our properties well; giving us nothing to worry. Unlike our previous property manager who managed our property terribly; we had nightmares, always need to monitor and worry all the time. With Jean's management, we can leave 100% to her to manage our properties. She gives professional advises & even go the extra miles to make sure the properties are well maintained. FIRST Venture of BUYING & RENTING A Pleasant One!

Upon collection of my keys, I engaged the service of the Jean from Starlight Property Group for the management of my property. In a matter of weeks, my unit was rented out to a nice family with a lease of 2 years. The management did an excellent job in the upkeep of my unit and I don't have to worry about the collection of rentals. Every month, a detailed summary of an owner statement would be emailed to me. Every 3 months, a routine inspection would be carried on my property and the report would also be emailed to me. I would like to say a big thank you to Sean and Jean for making my first venture into buying and renting out a property in Australia such a pleasant one. Everything has been well-thought out for me. For anyone who is interested in property, please have a chat with Sean, he's a really nice chap.
